MY LATEST ADVENTURE
The winter of 2019-2020 was a huge stepping stone. I was able to work at my very first internship experience. This experience taught me many things about myself that I did not know before, and I learned what I liked and what I didn't like. Because of this experience, I was able to learn soft skills like how to communicate with and persuade everyday people, as well as hard skills such as using Microsoft Excel, researching, and using digital creating sites such as Canva. I discovered that the hard skills were the skills that I enjoyed learning the most, while speaking and persuading took me some getting used to. Overall, although this experience taught me so much, I will say it helped me understand that politics may not be the path for me in the future, and that was important for me to know. Each and every part of my winternship can be applied to my path in life moving forward because it sets the foundation for my future. No matter what field I decide to go into, I will need to know how to research, talk to people, and create.
To see where it all began...
